- Install flashboot (copy lincence.xml to its directory to register) - Run flashboot and choose Other -> Create bootable flash disk with minimal set of DOS system files -> -> Any DOS-based floppy disk or floppy disk image -> Image file -> point to "Win98 SE boot image file.bif" (included) -> Make bootable USB flash disk which is physically present on this PC -> Choose one of format type (if one don't work, try other. I'm using USB-ZIP mode) -> Finish
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ - Now extract "Hirens 9.4 files for USB.rar" to USB disk and DO NOT REPLACE ANYTHING (msdos.sys, io.sys and command.com) ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
- Setup your bios to boot from USB devices first (before HDD, IDE, CDROM or such)

It worked for me really fine
Edit: Hirens is set to have SL keyboard, if you want to have EN(glish) you need to after you have done everything edit 4th line in autoexec.bat on USB stick (as you probably cant see that file you can try Start -> Run and write "notepad X:\autoexec.bat" where X is drive letter of USB stick.
