I doubt these numbers are correct but the crash of the server at UPenn that led to these arrests seems a little fishy - It is claimed that the server on average received 450 dl requests daily - then all of a sudden had 70,000. Whoops.

First thing that popped in my head was 'Office Space'

With 9 arrests and 13 warrants out - It will be very interesting to see what the charges and penalties will be.
