Alright, so I ran into a problem today. After reinstalling Windows, I had no printer set up for my system. This is fine, as I don't use a printer for anything. However, when trying to run QuickInvoice Pro, I kept getting a printer error. Since I didn't have one installed, I assumed that was the error. So, how do you dupe the program into thinking you have a working printer? Install a virtual printer!
Go to your printers and faxes folder, and Add a New Printer. This is going to be a local printer (Do not detect Plug N Play). Under ports, select "File:" and click Next. Choose the Linotronic 830 series. Name your printer whatever you want, and bada bing bada boom. Virtual Printer Installed!
