i got a new laptop; kind of an upgrade from my old one, and i have a bunch of favorites that i need to transfer to my new machine. is there an easy way to do this or am i just going to have to track them down and save them to a thumbdrive?

If you use FireFox, use FOXMARKS ...
If you don't use FirFox, USE IT, import all of your bookmarks, FOXMARK 'em, and move on ...

i was planning on using firefox with my tablet, though im questioning how well it will work on a tablet pc.

first thing you do.. install it on the old machine.... it'll read your bookmarks and make them accessible through itself.... then you can use FOXMARKS to incorporate them into just about any firefox system you need....

Acrually, if you don't want to do that, use the "IMPORT FILES AND SETTINGS" in WinXP/Vista ...

I forgot to say that earlier ...

foxmarks, hear that word afew times. anyone know where that menu is in firefox? not finding it.

i always liked firefox anyway, needed an excuse to dload it. i hope it'll play nice with my tablet pc
