I have been banned from a message board using my office computer. office! HA How can I change my IP address on a computer that is on a network behind a firewall?

Thanks guys! It appears I may be SOL anyway as I can't access the sites or program Thrash recommended due to the filters we have here on INTERNET content. I guess I will be actually working a little more now. HA HA It still is very useful information to have.
