Doesnt really matter,Uhm,I dot even think that html CAN be turned on but you can try...
It would really only help if you wanted to direct link an image in yoru sig?but you'd still have to put img tags on it.....

Yeah,I think its off by default,It doesnt affect anything that i can notice....

So dont worry about it,Its nothing to bother with.Nobodys html is on....Its not an issue.....
