nevermind the fact that tolerating pain just isn't in the cards, and all the hysterical pms you'd see going on
no, my concerns are centered in being neat about it there's a discretion and a privacy matter too, lord knows we love our farts, so bleeding for 5 days and not dying would be kinda fun with the guys. But I really think the toilet, the shower, the bathroom floor, and the ugliness that would be the immediate vicinity of the trash can, are all of grave concern if men had periods. You'd need a hose hookup in the bathroom, and there would be tons of man's sized rubber pants on the market too, because they would not change their 'protection' timely enough.
